Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark Fern Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Charlotte working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
