Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Westbrook Quarry Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
