Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Bluepeak Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
