Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Nova Bridge Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
