Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Pike Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
