Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight West Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
