Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Basin Health Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
