Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Granite Manufacturing makes precision components in Providence, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Providence. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
