Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Field Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Providence, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
