Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Providence, RI)

Northwind Harbor Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Providence area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
