Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Rowan Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Providence. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
