Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Collective is a healthcare provider in Providence with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 8 people based in Providence. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
