Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Quill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Providence focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We invest in training. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
