Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Providence, RI)

Cedar Wilder Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
