Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Staffing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving candidate screening. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
