Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group is a Portland company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
