Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Maple Construction is a Portland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
