Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Portland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
