Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Meadow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Portland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
