Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Portland, OR)

Bright Harbor Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 419 people based in Portland. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
