Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Quill Health runs clinics and patient services around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 381 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
