Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Pittsburgh, PA)

Foxglove Stone Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
