Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bright Ember Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
