Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Basin Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
