Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Linden Health provides primary and specialty care in Phoenix, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
