Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Meadow Community Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
