Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Vale Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Phoenix. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
