Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Timber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Phoenix, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
