Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Fox Medical designs and makes medical devices in Phoenix, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
