Cedar Clear Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 354 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
