Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Birch Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Phoenix presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 656 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
