Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Field Water Authority Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
