Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Junction Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
