Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Fox Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Orlando plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
