Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Harbor Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Omaha working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
