Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Pine Community Partners is a Omaha charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
