Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Omaha, NE)

Cedar Thistle Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification.
