Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Omaha, NE)

Fernwood Hollow Arts Center Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 698 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification.
