Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Pike Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Omaha. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 418 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
