Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Vista Staffing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
