Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Willow Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in Omaha producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 782 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
