Greenridge Oak Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification.
