Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Hollow Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 987 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans.
