Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Glen Facilities Group looks after properties across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supply orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
