Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Cross Legal Group is a Oakland practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving intake forms. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
