Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Oakland. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
