Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Oakland working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
