Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oakland, CA)

Clearpath Iron Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials.
