Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Thistle Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Oakland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 591 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
