Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Oakland. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
